JFL at the guys starving themselves to hit 6% body fat thinking it's going to instantly ascend them to gigachad status. unless you have god-tier bone structure and a massive ramus to support that level of hollow cheeks, you're just going to look like a depleted, sick normie.

there is a massive difference between being lean/aesthetic and looking like a walking anatomy chart. i see so many greycels killing their testosterone levels and wrecking their sleep hygiene just to look shredded for three seconds under gym lighting. it's a massive cope.

the actual sweet spot for facial aesthetics and overall SMV is 10% to 14% body fat.

here is why you need to stop starving yourself:

  1. the maxilla/zygo balance: when you drop below 10%, your face can actually lose too much volume, making you look aged and gaunt rather than hunter-like. you want that angular gonial angle, but you still need some dermal thickness so you don't look like a ghoul.
  2. hormonal death: your T levels will absolutely crater if you stay ultra-lean. low T means flat muscles, zero energy, and worse skin quality. that's a massive failo.
  3. the clothes-on illusion: unless you are shirtless 24/7, being 8% bf just makes you look small and frame-mogged in normal clothes. 12% with a solid base of hypertrophy makes you look imposing and healthy.

my current stack for maintaining the 12% sweet spot:
  • 400 calorie deficit maximum (no crash dieting, protect the muscle)
  • 3 liters of water minimum daily to keep bloating down (hydration is water-weight lifefuel)
  • heavy compound lifts 4x a week to keep the density
  • daily mewing/chewing to keep the masseter development sharp while retaining that healthy facial volume

stop chasing the bodybuilder look. it doesn't mog in real life. aim for a healthy, high-testosterone lean range, lock in your facial posture, and trust the process. we're all gonna make it.
