for everyone who reads 50 threads and does nothing because it feels overwhelming. heres the entire plan in order. just follow it for 6 months.
MONTH 1-2 (foundation):
- start a beginner lifting program 3-4x/wk
- fix sleep (8h, consistent times, dark room)
- basic skin routine: cleanser, moisturizer, SPF am / tret pm
- get a proper haircut from a real barber
MONTH 3-4 (lean + dial in):
- start a slight calorie deficit if skinnyfat, or lean surplus if skinny. track it.
- 1g protein/lb bodyweight
- add daily walks (10k steps)
- sort your wardrobe: fitted basics, nothing baggy
MONTH 5-6 (refine + compound):
- reassess photos vs month 1 (you'll be shocked)
- fix any obvious grooming (brows, beard line, nails)
- consider seeing a derm if skin needs more
- keep progressive overload going
thats it. no surgery, no drugs, no $500 products. just the boring stack done daily. 90% of you would be unrecognizable in 6 months and youd never even get to the 'do i need surgery' question. start today. WAGMI.
