PIH vs. Icepick scars: Which is the bigger mog?

alright lads, been on tret for like 2 years now and finally got my texture somewhat under control. still dealing with the fallout from my accutane purge though. wondering what you guys think is the actual worst for SMV: lingering red marks (PIH) or those deep little icepick craters.

neither mog, both ugly. fix your skin first bro, pIH is easier than deep scarring but both are L. i'd say PIH since it's just pigment but deep scarring makes you look like a craterface.

jfl at craterface vs pigment. it's all beta energy if u can't make eye contact. real mog is frame & confidence. fix that first.
