ok boys, so i've been thinking about this sleep thing for a while, right? everyone preaches 7-9 hours for recovery, muscle growth, skin health, all that. and it's def true, i feel like shit on less.
but here's the paradox: to get my morning routine in (mewing, skincare, gym, meditate, track macros) before work, i gotta be up at like 5 am. if i wanna hit that 8 hour mark, that means lights out at 9 pm.
is that even realistic for most of us? fr feels like you either sacrifice social life/evening grind or you sacrifice optimal sleep. how do you guys balance it? is 6 hours good enough if it's quality and consistent? am i coping or is there a trick i'm missing? need some lifefuel on this one.
