mewing since 8 months now and zero forward growth my gonial angle is still absolute trash ngl if ur maxilla is already recessed its over u need surgery to even have a chance at ltn its so brutal being a 5'6 manlet with no jaw like actually over for me thoughts??
 
mewing is massive cope for skeletal recession. if ur maxilla is recessed your orbital rim is probably recessed too giving you insane UEE and NCT. bone smashed eye area is the only thing that saves a recessed jaw anyway but you need hardmaxxing. bimax or djs is the only way out of subhuman tier for u tbh.

yeah it's over for bone structure if you're not an ethnic, but even good bone structure looks like trash with textured skin and PIH. fix your skin first bro.

yeah that's kinda what I was thinking man. it feels like mewing is just basic posture but not a miracle worker for actual bone issues. seems like it's over for us soft jawlines.
