the eye area is the highest-impact region of the face and most of you can improve yours significantly for $0 before ever considering a knife. full free protocol:
1. SLEEP + SALT + ALCOHOL: under eye bags and dark circles are often just fluid and fatigue. 8h sleep, cut salt before bed, cut alcohol, drink water. 2 weeks of this alone visibly de-puffs most people.
2. BODYFAT: orbital fat and under eye puffiness reduce as you leanmax. a lean face has a tighter, more defined eye area.
3. BROWS: untamed or over-plucked brows wreck the eye area. clean up strays, never thin them, let them grow full and masculine. brow position frames the whole eye.
4. ALLERGIES: chronic allergies = chronically puffy, dark eyes. treat them. antihistamine + clean environment.
5. POSTURE/LIGHTING: forward head posture casts shadows. and learn your good lighting/angles for photos (eye level or slightly above, even light).
only AFTER all this, if you still have a genuine bony issue (negative tilt, lower lid laxity), consider consulting an oculoplastic surgeon. but 80% of you will fix your 'eye area problem' for free with the above. do this first.
