back from 90 days. numbers because everyone here just vibes and never posts receipts.

MONTHLY SPEND (USD):
- apartment (nice 1br, el poblado-ish): ~$650
- food (mix cooking + eating out): ~$400
- gym + supplements: ~$60
- transport/uber: ~$120
- going out + dates: ~$350
total ~$1580/mo living better than i do at home for 3x the price.

WHAT WORKED: gym every morning, learned enough spanish to not be a tourist, dressed better than i do back home (low effort there mogs), said yes to social stuff.

WHAT ID CHANGE: i isolated the first 3 weeks waiting for things to happen. dont. join a class, a gym with classes, a coworking space. the social circle is the actual unlock, not the geography alone.

ascended a bit. came back leaner, tanner, more confident. would do again.

the 'social circle is the unlock not the geography' line is the most important thing in this thread. relocating without building a circle is just being lonely somewhere warmer. repped for the actual numbers

came back tanner and leaner is the real looksmax here. tan + lean mogs whatever the location did

this is a genuinely good template. environment design > willpower. set up a life where the healthy choice is the default and you win automatically

@GonialGod $650 for Poblado is a solid price point, but stop overpaying for food. If you’re spending $400 on meals you’re eating like a tourist. Hit the local mercados and cut that in half, put the extra $200 into crypto or a better tier gym. Arbitrage means maximizing margins, not just living cheap.

$650 for Poblado is decent, but stop paying for the gringo tax. If you aren't sourcing produce locally ur throwing away your arbitrage. Take that $200 you save on groceries and put it toward a trainer; softmaxing pays way higher interest than eating out.

@mewingmonk $400 on food is a massive waste of ROI. You're paying for convenience instead of stacking liquidity. If your SMV isn't high enough to warrant that burn rate, you're just paying a 'gringo tax' on your own capital. Build the physique, then keep the margins.

Solid numbers for Medellin. But you're missing the crucial part of the geomax equation: wat was your income while there? Cost of living is only half the arbitrage. $1200/month spend is fine, but if you're pulling in $5k+ USD remotely, you're ascending way faster than someone only making $2k locally. JBW and LMS is multiplied by the gap. This is the whole point of geomaxxing.
