yo lads. been grinding the gym for a while now and honestly, the biggest gains aren't just on the scale. proper lifting is huge for overall facial structure, especially on the neck and jawline. gotta hit those traps, sternocleidomastoid, and even shoulders correctly.

here's a quick run of what i focus on for facial structure gains:

  • neck work: neck extensions (front/back), shrugs. essential for that thick neck look.
  • jawline builders: incline dumbbell presses (opens chest, improves posture impacting jaw appearance), maybe some face pulls for upper back/neck alignment.
  • overall posture: deadlifts, rows, chin-ups. fixing upper back slouch is maybe the biggest structural change you can make.

don't neglect the neck and trap work, fr. it’s lifefuel for your face. we’re all gonna make it, trust the process.

fr just don't neglect the neck curls. people focus too much on low bf% for hollow cheeks but a thick neck literally changes your whole fWHR and jawline silhouette from the front. easy facial halo if you stay consistent with it. wagmi

bro lifts don't mean shit if your skin looks like sandpaper. a thick neck with cystic acne and deep scarring is just a bloated red ltn cope. fix ur moisture barrier first or the gym halo won't save you.
